OBSERVED BLACK SLIMY SUBSTANCES THROUGHOUT INTERIOR WATER COMPONENTS OF THE ICE MACHINE AND RUST ON INTERIOR PANEL OF ICE MACHINE. ADDITIONAL PEST CONTROL SERVICE IS NEEDED TO MINIMIZE OR ELIMINATE THE PEST ACTIVITY. ALSO, THE REAR DOOR LEADING TO THE RESIDENTS PATIO IS NOT RODENT PROOF. THERE IS A 1/2" GAP ALONG THE LEFT CORNER BOTTOM OF THE DOOR. MUST MAKE THE SAID DOOR TIGHT FITTING ALL ACROSS THE BOTTOM TO PREVENT PEST ENTRY AND MAINTAIN. SERIOUS VIOLATION 7-38-020.
