MOUSE DROPPINGS WERE OBSERVED IN THE FOLLOWING AREAS: APPROXIMATELY 20 MOUSE DROPPINGS ON THE FLOOR BETWEEN THE STOVE AND WALL IN THE FOOD PREP AREA, 10 DROPPINGS BEHIND THE SPICE CABINET IN THE FOOD PREP AREA, APPROXIMATELY 100 DROPPINGS ON THE FLOOR ALONG THE WALLS OF THE DRY STORAGE ROOM, APPROXIMATELY 50 DROPPINGS INSIDE OF THE ACCESS PANELS TO THE CHEST FREEZERS THAT ARE STORED IN THE DRY STORAGE ROOM, 10 DROPPINGS ON A SHELF OF THE ROLLING CART IN THE DRY STORAGE ROOM, 10 DROPPINGS IN THE LUNCH ROOM MANAGER'S OFFICE, APPROXIMATELY 100 DROPPINGS IN THE CABINETS BELOW THE FOOD SERVICE LINES, APPROXIMATELY 50 DROPPINGS IN THE CABINETS OF ROOM 310, 5 DROPPINGS IN THE CABINETS OF ROOM 322, APPROXIMATELY 50 DROPPINGS BEHIND THE SINKS IN ROOM 315, 10 DROPPINGS BEHIND THE BAKERY OVEN IN CULINARY ARTS ROOM 215, 5 DROPPINGS BEHIND THE WASHER AND DRYERS IN ROOM 211 BETWEEN THE TWO CULINARY ARTS CLASSROOMS, 20 DROPPINGS ON THE FLOOR OF STORAGE CLOSET 211A BETWEEN THE TWO CULINARY ARTS CLASSROOMS, 30 DROPPINGS IN CULINARY ARTS ROOM 207 BEHIND THE GREASE TRAP AND UNDER THE 3 COMPARTMENT SINK, 5 DROPPINGS IN ROOM 207 ON THE WINDOWSILL BEHIND THE 2 DOOR FREEZER, 20 DROPPINGS IN THE CABINETS OF ROOM 207, APPROXIMATELY 40 DROPPINGS BEHIND AND AROUND THE FILE CABINETS IN ROOM 216, 10 DROPPINGS IN CORNER OF STORAGE ROOM 124A AROUND THE CABINETS. ALSO, OBSERVED APPROXIMATELY 50 LIVE ANTS ON THE WALLS AND WINDOWSILL OF THE LUNCHROOM IN THE CORNER NEAR THE ENTRANCE. ADDITIONAL PEST CONTROL SERVICE IS NEEDED TO MINIMIZE OR ELIMINATE THE PEST ACTIVITY. ALL DROPPINGS MUST BE CLEANED AND REMOVED AND AFFECTED AREAS SANITIZED. CLEAN AND REMOVE ALL LIVE ANTS FROM THE LUNCHROOM. CRITICAL VIOLATION 7-38-020.
