NO SOAP OR TOWELS WERE FOUND IN THE CULINARY KITCHEN WHERE THE INSTRUCTOR AND STUDENTS WERE CUTTING AND COOKING MEAT AT THIS TIME. THE ENGINEER REPLACED THE SOAP AND TOWELS WERE FOUND IN THE ADJACENT STORE ROOM.
Missing supplies prevent proper handwashing, forcing inadequate cleaning that spreads pathogens.
All handwashing sinks must have soap and hand drying provisions.
Soap in dispensers at each sink; Paper towels in dispensers or air dryers; Supplies maintained during all hours; Waste receptacles if paper towels used.

THE CLOSET OPPOSITE THE CULINARY KITCHEN HAD HOLES IN THE BASEBOARD WHICH WERE FILLED IN AT THIS TIME, FILL IN THE HOLES IN THE 3-WEST MOP CLOSET. THE FLOOR BETWEEN THE OVENS IN THE CAFETERIA HAS A PIPE HOLE WHICH NEEDS TO BE FILLED IN FLUSH TO THE FLOOR. CLEAN THE FLOORS UNDER THE SHELVES AND CABINETS IN THE CULINARY PROGRAM AND CAFETERIA MANAGERS OFFICE. CATCH AND REMOVE WATER ON THE BASEMENT FLOOR FROM THE LEAKING PIPE FROM THE KITCHEN ABOVE.
