ADEQUATE HANDWASHING SINKS PROPERLY SUPPLIED AND ACCESSIBLE - Comments: OBSERVED NO HOT WATER ABOVE 100F PROVIDED AT ANY OF THE HAND WASHING SINKS IN THE 1ST AND 2ND FLOOR BOY'S AND GIRL'S WASHROOMS. WATER TEMPERATURE RANGING BETWEEN 66.5F-70.1F MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTED TO PROVIDE HOT WATER ABOVE 100F AT ALL HAND WASHING SINKS AT ALL TIMES. PRIORITY 7-38-030(C). NO CITATION ISSUED.

Blocked or unsupplied sinks force employees to skip handwashing, spreading fecal bacteria and viruses to food.

Handwashing sinks must be accessible, properly supplied, and used only for handwashing.

Each sink needs: Warm water (100°F minimum); Soap in dispensers; Paper towels or air dryers; Waste receptacles; Signage; Clear access; Used only for handwashing.

PHYSICAL FACILITIES INSTALLED, MAINTAINED & CLEAN - Comments: OBSERVED DEAD INSECTS AND DEBRIS INSIDE LIGHT SHIELD COVERS IN LUNCHROOM. MUST CLEAN AND MAINTAIN.
