ALL HANDWASHING SINKS MUST SUPPLY HOT AND COLD RUNNING WATER FOR AT LEAST 20 SECONDS WITHOUT HAVING TO REACTIVATE THE FAUCET. MUST REPAIR ALL AFFECTED SINKS IN THE WASHROOMS.
