MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND REMOVE DROPPINGS FROM ALL AFFECTED AREAS. ALSO, OBSERVED APPROXIMATELY 30 LIVE SMALL FLIES IN REAR FOOD STORAGE/PREP AREA, DOUGH ROOM AND EMPLOYEE WASHROOM. ADDITIONAL PEST CONTROL SERVICE IS NEEDED TO ELIMINATE THE PEST ACTIVITY IN THESE AREAS. PRIORITY FOUNDATION 7-38-020(A). CITATION ISSUED.
