FOUND 60 MOUSE AND RAT DROPPINGS ON THE FLOOR IN THE DRY STORAGE ROOM, KITCHEN AREA BY REFRIGERATION UNIT AND COOKING EQUIPMENT AND THE DISHWASHING AREA UNDER HOT WATER BOOSTER. ALSO OBSERVED TWO LIVE ROACHES (ONE UNDER CABINET AT STEAMTABLE AND ONE IN DISHWASHING ROOM ON FLOOR). INSTRUCTED TO HAVE PEST CONTROL COMPANY SERVICE PRIOR TO REINSPECTION NEXT WEEK. PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION 7-38-0202(A) ISSUED.
