Also, observed same food handler eating from plate of food on top of prep counter in dish/prep area while preparing pico de Gallo. Informed manager that is to be no bare hand contact with ready to eat foods. Use tongs, gloves or utensils to prevent bare hand contact with ready to eat foods. Corrected violation during inspection.
