Observed excessive grease and/or dirt build up on walls and ceilings in the following areas: on wall and ceiling to the left of the ventilation hood in kitchen; on the walls under dish machine; and exterior, upper wall of walk in coolers. Must detail clean these areas. Must maintain same.
