HAND WASHING FACILITIES: WITH SOAP AND SANITARY HAND DRYING DEVICES, CONVENIENT AND ACCESSIBLE TO FOOD PREP AREA - Comments: OBSERVED WATER LEAKING ON THE LEFT FAUCET, LEFT WATER HANDLE NOT WORKING AND WATER LEAKING ON DRAIN PIPES UNDER THE SAME EXPOSED HANDSINK IN FOOD PREP AREA. OBSERVED NO PAPER TOWEL AT THE EXPOSED HANDSINK. INSTRUCTED TO REPAIR/REPLACE FAUCET AND DRAIN PIPES AND MAINTAIN. ALSO, INSTRUCTED TO PROVIDE SOAP AND PAPER TOWEL AT ALL TIMES. CRITICAL VIOLATION.
Missing supplies prevent proper handwashing, forcing inadequate cleaning that spreads pathogens.
All handwashing sinks must have soap and hand drying provisions.
Soap in dispensers at each sink; Paper towels in dispensers or air dryers; Supplies maintained during all hours; Waste receptacles if paper towels used.
