OBSERVED NO PAPER TOWEL AT THE EXPOSED HANDSINK. INSTRUCTED TO REPAIR/REPLACE FAUCET AND DRAIN PIPES AND MAINTAIN. ALSO, INSTRUCTED TO PROVIDE SOAP AND PAPER TOWEL AT ALL TIMES. CRITICAL VIOLATION.
