FOUND 100 MOUSE DROPPINGS ON THE FLOOR IN THE STORAGE AREA LOADING DOCK AND ALONG THE WALL LEDGE, ON THE BOTTOM OF THE PALLETS IN THE PRODUCE WALK-IN COOLER AND ON THE FLOOR BEHIND THE STORAGE SHELVES STORING PLASTIC CONTAINERS NEAR THE JUICING AREA. ALSO OBSERVED TWO MICE ON GLUE BOARDS BEHIND THESE SHELVES. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN ALL AFFECTED AREAS AND TO HAVE THE PEST CONTROL COMPANY COME OUT TO SERVICE PRIOR TO REINSPECTION NEXT WEEK. PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION 7-38-020(A) ISSUED.
