MANAGEMENT DECIDED AT THIS TIME TO ORDER PIZZA FOR CHILDREN FOR TODAY'S LUNCH. LITTLE CAESAR'S PIZZA, SALAD, JUICE, AND MILK WAS BROUGHT BACK AND SERVED ON DISPOSABLE PLATES AND DISHWARE. INSTRUCTED TO INSTALL SINK with at least 3 compartment for manually washing, rinsing, and SANITIZING EQUIPMENT and UTENSILS AND A GREASE TRAP. SINK MUST BE SUFFICIENT SIZE TO SUBMERGE THE LARGEST UTENSIL. PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION 7-38-025,CITATION ISSUED.
