THE MICE DROPPINGS WERE OBSERVED ON THE FOLLOWING SURFACES: ON THE LID OF THE CONTAINER OF SEASME SEED OIL, ON TOP OF THE LEDGE NEAR THE SLIDING DOOR OF THE PREP COOLER ACROSS FROM THE COOKING EQUIPMENT, ON THE SHELVES UNDER THE FOOD PREP TABLES, INSIDE A BOX WITH A COOKING CLEAVER KNIFE, ON THE WOODEN PALLETS UNDER COOKING EQUIPMENT.INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE MICE DROPPINGS, ELIMINATE LIVE ROACH ACTIVITY, CLEAN, AND SANITIZE ALL AFFECTED AREAS.
