INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO REVIEW PREPPING PRACTICES TO ENSURE NO CROSS-CONTAMINATION OF ANY KIND OCCURS. THE MANAGER DISCARDED 10 POUNDS OF CHICKEN. PRIORITY VIOLATION 7-38-005 CITATION ISSUED.
