THE CONTENTS FROM THE GLOVE USED TO MAKE RAW CHICKEN IN ONE HAND WOULD THEN DRIP DIRECTLY ON THE BATCH OF FRESHLY COOKED CHICKEN. INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO REVIEW PREPPING PRACTICES TO ENSURE NO CROSS-CONTAMINATION OF ANY KIND OCCURS. THE MANAGER DISCARDED 10 POUNDS OF CHICKEN. PRIORITY VIOLATION 7-38-005 CITATION ISSUED.
