DROPPINGS WERE OBSERVED THROUGHOUT THE BASEMENT: ON TOP SHELVES,UNDER AND SIDE OF COOLER AND CHEST FREEZERS,REAR STORAGE WERE CHAIRS AND ROUND TABLES ARE STORED OBSERVED DROPPINGS, AND NORTH- WEST WALL HAS A HOLE, MUST SEAL. NEED TO RE-ORGANIZE AREA STORED ITEMS 6" OFF THE FLOOR. STAFF DINING AREA AT SECOND FLOOR OBSERVED EVIDENCE OF RODENT DROPPING THROUGHOUT THE ROOM,ALSO AT WEST-NORTH SIDE WALL OBSERVED A HOLE,MUST SEAL. DROPPINGS WERE OBSERVED BEHIND AND SIDE OF PIANO AND CABINET WITH GLASS DOORS IN FRONT AREA,INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE DROPPINGS AND EXCESS DEBRIS AT SAID AREA. NEED TO CLEAN AND SANITIZE AREA MENTIONED.
