PLUMBING INSTALLED; PROPER BACKFLOW DEVICES - Comments: OBSERVED LEAKING FAUCET ON 3-COMPARTMENT SINK. INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO REPAIR AND MAINTAIN.

Backflow can contaminate entire water supply with sewage or chemicals.

Plumbing must be properly installed with backflow prevention.

Air gaps at fixtures; Backflow preventers on connections; No cross-connections; Annual testing of devices; Proper drainage.

TOILET FACILITIES: PROPERLY CONSTRUCTED, SUPPLIED, & CLEANED - Comments: OBSERVED EMPLOYEE TOILET ROOMS LOCATED OUTSIDE OF BUILDING ON NORTH SIDE NEAR PARK. TOILET ROOMS SHALL BE CONVENIENTLY LOCATED WITHIN THE SAME BUILDING AND NOT REQUIRE EMPLOYEES TO EXIT BUILDING TO ACCESS TOILETS. PRIORITY FOUNDATION 7-38-030(C) CITATION ISSUED
