ALL HAND SINKS MUST BE ACCESSIBLE FOR USE AT ALL TIMES AND MUST BE USED FOR HAND-WASHING PURPOSES ONLY. NO DISHWASHING ALLOWED. PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION 7-38-030(C) CITATION ISSUED.
