ALONG THE SIDE OF STOVE ON THE FLOOR AND BEHIND REFRIGERATOR 1 IN PREP SPACE, IN THE DRY STORAGE PANTRY ON LOWER SHELVES AND ON THE FLOOR IN CORNERS OF SAID ROOM, IN THE ROOM WHERE FREEZER IS LOCATED IN THE REAR FACILITY, ON THE FLOOR SCATTERED AROUND THE HOT WATER TANK AS WELL AS UTILITY SINK ROOM. INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE ALL SAID DROPPINGS AND CLEAN AND SANITIZE AFFECTED AREAS. MUST ELIMINATE ACTIVITY ON PREMISE. PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION. #7-38-020 (A). CITATION ISSUED.
