ADEQUATE HANDWASHING SINKS PROPERLY SUPPLIED AND ACCESSIBLE - Comments: OBSERVED THE METERED FAUCET HANDLES OF ONE (1) OF TWO (2) SINKS IN THE BATHROOM LOCATED NEXT TO 301 TO SHUT OFF WITHIN LESS THAN 5 SECONDS WHEN THE HOT AND COLD WATER METERED HANDLES ARE TURNED ON. INSTRUCTED TO SERVICE AND ENSURE ALL METERED FAUCETS PROVIDE A FLOW OF WATER FOR AT LEAST 15 SECONDS WITHOUT THE NEED FOR REACTIVATING.
Blocked or unsupplied sinks force employees to skip handwashing, spreading fecal bacteria and viruses to food.
Handwashing sinks must be accessible, properly supplied, and used only for handwashing.
Each sink needs: Warm water (100°F minimum); Soap in dispensers; Paper towels or air dryers; Waste receptacles; Signage; Clear access; Used only for handwashing.

ONE FUNCTIONAL SINK WITH BOTH HOT AND COLD WATER IS STILL AVAILABLE IN EACH OF THE BATHROOMS. INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO SERVICE EACH NON FUNCTIONAL SENSORED FAUCET AND MAINTAIN EACH SYSTEM IN GOOD REPAIR.
