PLUMBING INSTALLED; PROPER BACKFLOW DEVICES - Comments: OBSERVED NO BACKFLOW PREVENTION DEVICE FOR THE FOLLOWING PIECES OF EQUIPMENT: COFFEE BREWER/MAKER, ESPRESSO MACHINE, AND ICE MACHINE LOCATED IN THE PREPARATION AREA, AND UTILITY SINK LOCATED IN THE WOMEN'S BATHROOM CLOSET. INSTRUCTED TO PROVIDE AN ACCESSIBLE BACKFLOW DEVICE AT EACH CONNECTION TO ALL NOTED PIECES OF EQUIPMENT.
