THE MICE DROPPINGS WERE OBSERVED ON THE SHELF UNDER THE FOOD PREP TABLE WITH PLASTIC CONTAINERS AND A BIN OF FOOD CONTACT UTENSILS NEAR THE DISHWASHING MACHINE, ON THE FLOORS: UNDER THE THREE COMPARTMENT SINK, UNDER THE STACKED BLACK CRATES NEAR THE MOP SINK, SURROUNDING THE ICE MACHINE, ICE CREAM MAKER, SURROUNDING THE FREEZER, UNDER THE SHELVES WITH BROWN SUGAR, UNDER THE SERVICE COUNTER WHERE THE REGISTER IS LOCATED. INSTRUCTED TO ELIMINATE SMALL FLY ACTIVITY, MICE DROPPINGS, CLEAN AND SANITIZE AFFECTED AREAS AND RECOMMENDED CONTACTING PEST CONTROL FOR A SERVICE.
