NO SOAP OR PAPER TOWELS IN WASHROOMS, OBSERVED STUDENTS NOT WASHING THEIR HANDS IN WASHROOMS, WHEN ASKED THEY STATED; "MY TEACHER WILL GIVE ME SANITIZER".
