Found approximately 36-6oz yogurt at the bottom of sausage cooler 52.3 F. Salad cooler found Tuna Salad approximately 8lbs at 61.5F, pork meat patties at 47.3 F. Instructed manager that potentially hazardous foods must maintain 40 F or below. Manager voluntarily denatured and discarded. Value $100. Critical citation issued 7-38-005(A).
