PLUMBERS ARRIVED DURING THE INSPECTION. 115 F HOT WATER WAS RESTORED AT THE TIME OF THIS INSPECTION.

THE FLOOR DRAIN IN THE KITCHEN IS BACKING UP WASTE WATER ALL OVER THE KITCHEN FLOOR. PLUMBERS ARRIVED DURING THE INSPECTION AND RODDED OUT THE DRAIN UNTIL IT FLOWED PROPERLY.

THE CAN OPENER HAS METAL FILEINGS AND WORN PARTS, CLEAN AND REPAIR THE CAN OPENER TO REDUCE THE AMOUNT OF POSSIBLE METAL ADULTERATION. THE ICE MACHINE INTERIOR LIP IS DIRTY, WASH, RINSE AND SANITIZE ALL OF THE FOOD DISPENSING UTENSILS AND EQUIPMENT UNTIL IT IS CLEAN, SANITARY AND MAINTAINED ON A DAILY BASIS.
