PLUMBING INSTALLED; PROPER BACKFLOW DEVICES - Comments: THREE COMPARTMENT SINK IN PREP AND DISHROOM AREA NOT MAINTAINED. THIRD COMPARTMENT SINK UNABLE TO HOLD WATER DUE TO MECHANICAL DRAIN IS CONTINUOSLY LOOSING/LEAKING WATER .REPAIR ISSUED.
