NO EVIDENCE OF RODENT OR INSECT OUTER OPENINGS PROTECTED/RODENT PROOFED, A WRITTEN LOG SHALL BE MAINTAINED AVAILABLE TO THE INSPECTORS - Comments: OBSERVED EVIDENCE OF RODENT ACTIVITY IN THE FOOD PREP AREA AND CLASSROOM. 20 MOUSE DROPPINGS WERE OBSERVED ON THE FLOOR OF THE FOOD PREP AREA UNDERNEATH THE 2 COMPARTMENT SINK. 10 MOUSE DROPPINGS WERE OBSERVED ON THE FLOOR NEAR THE WALL BEHIND THE COMPUTER IN THE CATERPILLAR ROOM. MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND SANITIZE THE AFFECTED AREAS. ADDITIONAL PEST CONTROL SERVICE IS NEEDED TO MINIMIZE OR ELIMINATE THE PEST ACTIVITY. SERIOUS VIOLATION 7-38-020.
