NO EVIDENCE OF RODENT OR INSECT OUTER OPENINGS PROTECTED/RODENT PROOFED, A WRITTEN LOG SHALL BE MAINTAINED AVAILABLE TO THE INSPECTORS - Comments: OBSERVED EVIDENCE OF RODENT ACTIVITY IN THE BASEMENT AND REAR STORAGE AREA. APPROXIMATELY 50 RAT DROPPINGS WERE OBSERVED ON THE FLOOR IN THE BASEMENT ALONG THE WALLS, AND 15 RAT DROPPINGS ON THE FLOOR BEHIND THE CHEST FREEZER AND PREP COOLERS. MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND REMOVE THE DROPPINGS FROM THE AFFECTED AREAS. ADDITIONAL PEST CONTROL SERVICE IS NEEDED TO MINIMIZE OR ELIMINATE THE PEST ACTIVITY. SERIOUS VIOLATION 7-38-020.
