INSECTS, RODENTS, & ANIMALS NOT PRESENT - Comments: 0BSERVED OVER 15 MICE DROPPING ON THE FLOORS THROUGHOUT THE BASEMENT DRY STORAGE AREA UNDER THE SHELVING UNITS, BEHIND/SIDES OF THE FREEZER CHESTS, AND NEAR THE STAIRCASE BY THE HAND SANITIZER DISPENSER. ALSO OBSERVED WERE THREE LIVE ROACHES ON TRAPS IN THE REAR DISHWASHING AREA NEAR THE DRAINBOARD OF THE THREE-COMPARTMENT SINK AT THE REAR DRY FOOD STORAGE/DISHWASHING AREA. INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE THE DROPPINGS AND CLEAN AND SANITIZE AFFECTED AREAS. RECOMMENDED TO CONSULT WITH PEST CONTROL COMPANY. IT MUST ALSO ELIMINATE THE LIVE ACTIVITY OF THE ROACHES BEFORE BEING RE-INSPECTED. PRIORITY FOUNDATION #7-38-020(A), CITATION ISSUED.
