ALSO FOUND 0NE THE DUMPSTERS MISSING THE LID FOR THE BACK C0MPARTMENT AS WELL AS MISSING HALF OF THE LID OF THE MIDDLE COMPARTMENT(COMPLETELY BURNED OFF). GARBAGE MUST PROPERLY DISTRIBUTED IN THE DUMPSTERS SO THAT THE LIDS ARE KEPT CLOSED. THE DUMPSTER THAT IS MISSING LIDS MUST BE REPLACED. SERIOUS VIOLATION 7-38-020.
