FLOORS: CONSTRUCTED PER CODE, CLEANED, GOOD REPAIR, COVING INSTALLED, DUST-LESS CLEANING METHODS USED - Comments: Observed gap along metal section of floors, below windows in faculty dining room, and senior room. Observed large gaps between wall and the floor, below water fountain in large gym. Must seal all holes in flooring to prevent pest entry. Must maintain same. Observed excessive debris in the following areas: on the floor of the gym audio room; on the floor of the faculty dining room; and in the vending machine room. Must remove all debris, clean and sanitize areas. Must maintain same.

Damaged floors harbor bacteria and create safety hazards.

Floors must be smooth, cleanable, and maintained.

Smooth, non-porous in food areas; Properly sloped to drains; Coving at wall junctures; Kept clean; Good repair.
