OBSERVED EMPLOYEE GETTING WATER FROM HAND WASHING SINK IN THE KITCHEN TO FILL UP A BUCKET(USED FOR SANITIZER SOLUTION),ALSO OBSERVED MANAGER DRAINING COOKED PASTA AT MIDDLE COMPARTMENT OF WAREWASHING SINK(COMPARTMENT HAD A DIRTY POT WITH WATER IN IT)AND THE OTHER TWO COMPARTMENT,ONE WAS FILLED WITH WATER AND SOAP AND THE OTHER WITH SANITIZER SOLUTION. INSTRUCTED TO INSTALL A ONE COMPARTMENT SINK IN THE KITCHEN,DUE TO HAND WASHING SINK MUST BE USED ONLY FOR HAND WASHING,WAREWASHING SINK MUST BE USED FOR:WASH,RINSE AND SANITIZE. PRIORITY FOUNDATION:7-38-030(C), NO CITATION ISSUED.
