KITCHEN / DINING AREA:3 DROPPINGS UNDER SHELF BY THE WALK-IN COOLER,NORTH CORNER;1DROPPING UNDER SHELF AT EAST SIDE BY THE TWO DOOR COOLER.APROX 30 DROPPINGS UNDER THE SERVING LINE IN DINING AREA; 3 DROPPINGS AT SOUTH CORNER BY THE WALL WITH DESIGN OF "HEARTH AND SOUL"; 4 DROPPINGS ON SHELF UNDER THE MICROWAVES,4 DROPPINGS ON TOP THE TABLE BY THE TWO BLACK MICROWAVE; 5 DROPPINGS ON FLOOR BEHIND THE MOBILE CART WERE MICROWAVE ARE STORED; 3 DROPPINGS ON TOP THE BOXES AT REAR /CHEMICAL AREA; 20 DROPPINGS BEHIND THE DOOR THAT SEPARATES KITCHEN AND REAR CHEMICAL ROOM. FIVE DROPPING BY THE PLANT ON HALLWAY BY THE WINDOW AND BY THE DINING AREA. ROOM #213 APPROX 50 DROPPINGS THROUGHOUT THE ROOM INCLUDED READING AREA WERE CHILDREN SEAT ON FLOOR ON TOP THE RUG,ON TOP TEACHER'S DESK,AND COMPUTER AREA.ROOM# 210 APPROX 50 DROPPINGS INCLUDED UNDER THE TEACHER'S DESK AND UNDER AND AROUND CHILDREN'S COMPUTER AREA; ROOM #211 DROPPINGS WERE OBSERVED AT EAST WALL BETWEEN AND BEHIND THE PLASTIC CONTAINER WHICH THEY ARE STORED ON FLOOR.ROOM #120 DROPPINGS IN DIFFERENT LOCATION OF THE CLASS ROOM INCLUDED ONE ANT ON TOP THE WINDOW LEDGE.FOUR ANTS WITH CARRYING CRUMBS WERE OBSERVED ON HALLWAY BY THE DOOR #5,ALSO 4 MICE DROPPINGS WERE OBSERVED AT SAME LOCATION.APPROX 40 DROPPINGS AT TEACHER'S LUNCH ROOM/ WATER BOTTLE STORAGE,ALSO THE ROOM IS NOT ORGANIZED A LOT OF ITEMS AREA STORED ON FLOOR INCLUDED WOOD MATERIALS, NEED TO ELEVATE ITEMS FROM FLOOR 6" ABOVE THE FLOORS.OUTER OPENINGS NOT PROTECTED NORTH SIDE DOOR BY THE CHEMICAL ROOM WITH A 1/4" GAP; DOOR #6 WITH 1/2" TO 1" GAPS AT BOTTOM OF THE DOOR.BOTTOM OF KITCHEN DOOR AND DINING AREA 1/2" GAP.
