GIRL'S WASHROOM AT OLD BUILDING ACROSS FROM ROOM #115 NO SOAP. OBSERVED ONE TEACHER PROVIDING SOAP TO CHILDREN, HOWEVER NO PAPER TOWEL WAS PROVIDED AT WASHROOM AND CHILDREN DRIED THEIR HANDS ON UNIFORM. ANOTHER TEACHER AT FIRST FLOOR PROVIDED SANITIZING SOLUTION AFTER THE CHILDREN USED THE WASHROOM, SOME THE CHILDREN WASHED THEIR HANDS ONLY WITH WATER, SOME OF THE CHILDREN DID NOT WASH HANDS, AFTER EACH CHILD GOT SANITIZING SOLUTION TEACHER PROVIDE THEM WITH TOILET TISSUE PAPER WHICH MUST OF THE PAPER GOT STUCK ON THEIR HANDS.
