INSTRUCTED TO RESTORE ADEQUATE HOT WATER AT ALL SINKS IN THE FACILITY, HOT WATER MUST MAINTAIN 100F AT ALL HAND WASHING SINKS AND 110F AT THE 3 COMPARTMENT SINK AT ALL TIMES. PRIORITY VIOLATION. CITATION ISSUED 7-38-030(C).
