HANDS WASHED AND CLEANED, GOOD HYGIENIC PRACTICES; NO BARE HAND CONTACT WITH READY-TO-EAT FOODS. - Comments: Observed several employees not washing hands in between changing gloves. Also witnessed employees continuous wearing same pair of gloves while changing tasks (taking payments from customers, then handling food, etc.) Instructed all food handlers must wash hands in between different tasks, and each time they change gloves. Also advised facility can use clean utensils to handle food. Operator discussed appropriate handwashing with staff. Observed all employees change in hygiene practices. Critical violation. 7-38-010 (A).
