PLUMBING INSTALLED; PROPER BACKFLOW DEVICES - Comments: OBSERVED LEAKING DRAINPIPE UNDER 3-COMPARTMENT SINK NEAR UNUSED WALK-IN COOLERS, AND UNDER LEFT SINK IN BOYS WASHROOM 164, LOW WATER PRESSURE AT HAND WASHING SINK IN KITCHEN, UNISEX WASHROOM NEAR JANITOR CLOSET 165 AND GIRLS WASHROOM 161. OBSERVED NO HOT WATER AT MIDDLE SINK IN GIRLS WASHROOM 163, LEFT SINK IN BOYS WASHROOM 164, MIDDLE SINK IN BOYS WASHROOM 286. INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO REPAIR AND MAINTAIN.
