INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE JAGGED STEEL TO PREVENT WORKPLACE INJURY AND TO PROVIDE A SMOOTH, EASILY CLEANABLE SURFACE. AT TIME OF INSPECTION THE VIOLATION HAD NOT BEEN CORRECTED; AFTER THE ASSISTANT MANAGER WHO WAS NOT HERE FOR EITHER OF THE LAST 2 INSPECTIONS CALLED THE DISTRICT MANAGER, A REPAIR-MAN WAS ONSITE DURING THE INSPECTION. THE REPAIR-MAN WAS ABLE TO CUT OUT THE JAGGED STEEL AND INSTALL A NEW PIECE OF FLAT SHEET METAL TO PROVIDE A SMOOTH, EASILY CLEANABALE SURFACE. VIOLATION WAS CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION.
