INSTRUCTED TO INSTALL AN EXPOSED HAND SINK IN THE FRONT PREPARATION AREA WITH HOT/COLD RUNNING WATER UNDER CITY PRESSURE WITH SOAP AND PAPER TOWELS AT ALL TIMES. NO CITATION ISSUED
