VIOLATION WAS CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION BY REMOVING ALL FOOD FROM BOTH CHEST FREEZERS AND MOVING ALL FOOD TO WALK IN FREEZER. BOTH FREEZERS WERE THEN UNPLUGGED AND DEFROSTING MEASURES WERE PUT IN PLACE. PLANS WERE MADE FOR FREEZERS TO BE REMOVED FROM PREMISES. 7-42-090
