INSTRUCTED TO RELOCATE ALL FOOD ITEMS IN THE FREEZER/REFRIGERATION UNIT BEFORE DEFROSTING UNITS. FROZEN BAGS IN CONTACT WITH DRIPPAGE WERE CLEANED AND RELOCATED TO WALK-IN FREEZER.
