ADEQUATE HANDWASHING SINKS PROPERLY SUPPLIED AND ACCESSIBLE - Comments: OBSERVED NO HOT WATER (TEMPERATURES RANGING FROM 55F-70F) IN THE FOLLOWING TOILET ROOMS; 4TH FLOOR BOYS (OLD BUILDING), 3RD FLOOR GIRLS (NEW BUILDING), 3RD AND 4TH FLOOR STAFF TOILET ROOMS, AND ON THE 2ND FLOOR BOYS AND GIRLS TOILET ROOMS (NEW BUILDING). INSTRUCTED TO ALWAYS MAINTAIN AT LEAST 100F AT ALL HAND WASHING SINKS AT ALL TIMES TO ALLOW FOR PROPER HAND WASHING. PRIORITY FOUNDATION. NO CITATION ISSUED.
