METERED FAUCET SHOULD PROVIDE A FLOW OF WATER FOR AT LEAST 15 SECONDS WITHOUT THE NEED TO REACTIVATE THE FAUCET AND MUST BE ACTIVE FOR AT LEAST 15 SECONDS BEFORE NEEDING TO BE REACTIVATED.
