ADEQUATE HANDWASHING SINKS PROPERLY SUPPLIED AND ACCESSIBLE - Comments: OBSERVED NO HANDWASHING SIGNAGE AT THE HANDWASHING SINK LOCATED IN THE REAR KITCHEN PREPARATION AREA ADJACENT TO THE THREE COMPARTMENT SINK. ALSO OBSERVED NO HANDWASHING SIGNAGE IN THE UNISEX TOILET ROOM LOCATED ON THE SECOND FLOOR OF THE ANNEX. INSTRUCTED TO PROVIDE HANDWASHING SIGNAGE AT ALL HANDWASHING SINKS AND MAINTAIN.
