Observed one of 2 garbage dumpster overfilled with garbage bags & the lids were wide open to about 2-feet high. Noticed trash/litter of various kinds on the grounds around the 2 dumpsters (such as plastic bottles,paper,cardboard,etc). Must keep this area clean, garbage lids closed/tight-fitting with chains & locks.
Poor waste management attracts pests and creates breeding grounds for disease vectors.
Exterior waste areas must be clean and pest-proof.
Dumpsters on cleanable pad; Tight-fitting lids; Area kept clean; Grease containers covered; Regular pickup; No overflow.
