INSECTS, RODENTS, & ANIMALS NOT PRESENT - Comments: OBSERVED APPROXIMATELY 75 + MICE DROPPINGS ON FLOOR THROUGHOUT OFFICE, NEXT TO ICE MACHINE, AND ON FLOOR IN CLOSET NEXT TO RESTROOMS. INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE DROPPINGS, AND SANITIZE ALL AFFECTED AREAS. RECOMMEND PEST CONTROL SERVICE PREMISES BEFORE REINSPECTION. PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION 7-38-020(A). CITATION ISSUED.
