INSTRUCTED TO MAINTAIN GREASE INSIDE OF THE RECEPTACLES AT ALL TIMES AND TO DETAIL CLEAN THE GROUND SURFACE AND EXTERIOR SURFACES OF THE GREASE RECEPTACLES TO REMOVE ALL GREASE AND REFUSE BUILDUP.
