DROPPINGS WERE OBSERVED IN THE REAR STORAGE ROOM BEHIND THE PRODUCTION AREAS ALONG THE WALLS, IN THE BAKERY AREA BY THE DISHMACHINE ON THE FLOOR, IN THE BAKERY COOLER UNDERNEATH THE STORAGE SHELF, IN THE PRODUCE PREP AREA ALONG THE WALL, IN THE DAIRY COOLER ON THE FLOOR, IN THE BUTCHER AREA ON THE FLOOR AND IN TWO BASEMENT STORAGE ROOMS ON THE FLOOR. MUST CLEAN ALL AFFECTED AREAS AND HAVE ECOLAB PEST CONTROL SERVICE PRIOR TO REINSPECTION NEXT WEEK. ECOLAB SERVICED ON 3/1/16 AND 3/2/16 AND NOTED ACTIVITY IN THEIR REPORTS. SERIOUS VIOLATION ISSUED 7-38-020.
