INSTRUCTED MANAGEMENT THAT A HANDWASHING SINK MUST BE LOCATED TO ALLOW CONVENIENT USE BY EMPLOYEES IN ALL FOOD PREP AREAS. MUST INSTALL A HANDWASHING SINK IN SAID AREA.
