NOTED OVER 100 MICE DROPPINGS ON FLOOR AND PALLETS OF VARIOUS PRODUCE DISPLAYS. NOTED OVER 500 PLUS DROPPINGS ON FOOD DISPLAY SHELVES AND FLOOR. OBSERVED 15 MICE DROPPINGS ON FLOOR IN CORNER OF HOT AREA NEXT TO WALK-IN DELI COOLER WITH OVER 30 MICE DROPPINGS IN CORNER OF SAME DELI WALK-IN COOLER. OBSERVED OVER 30 FRUIT FLIES ON WALL OF BAKERY AREA WITH 7 LARGE HOUSE FLIES ON WALL AND BOXES IN SAME AREA. ALSO NOTED OVER 20 FRUIT FLIES IN WOMEN'S/MEN WASHROOM ON 1ST FLOOR and 10 ON WALL OF UTILITY CLOSET BETWEEN WASHROOMS. MUST REMOVE ALL DROPPINGS AND FRUIT FLIES, CLEAN/SANITIZE AFFECTED AREAS AND CONTACT PEST CONTROL COMPANY FOR ADDITIONAL SERVICE. PRIORITY VIOLATION 7-38-020(A).
