NO EVIDENCE OF RODENT OR INSECT OUTER OPENINGS PROTECTED/RODENT PROOFED, A WRITTEN LOG SHALL BE MAINTAINED AVAILABLE TO THE INSPECTORS - Comments: OBSERVED APPROXIMATELY 20 MOUSE DROPPINGS IN THE PRODUCE PREP AREA UNDER THE EXPOSED HAND SINK, ON THE FLOOR ALONG THE WALLS BEHIND/UNDER SHELVING AND EQUIPMENT AND ON THE FLOOR INSIDE OF THE PRODUCE WALK IN COOLER BEHIND/UNDER SHELVING. OBSERVED APPROXIMATELY 20-25 MOUSE DROPPINGS ON THE FLOOR IN THE CORNER OF REAR STORAGE AT THE DELI DOUBLE SWINGING DOORS AND APPROXIMATELY 23 MOUSE DROPPINGS ON THE FLOOR BEHIND THE DECOMMISSIONED EMPLOYEE RESTROOM DOOR. ALSO OBSERVED APPROXIMATELY 8-10 LIVE FRUIT FLIES FLYING AROUND THE 3 COMPARTMENT SINK IN THE BACK OF THE BAKERY AREA. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND SANITIZE THE NOTED AREAS, REMOVE ALL FOOD DEBRIS, BETTER ORGANIZE EQUIPMENT IN THOSE AREAS AND PROVIDE ADDITIONAL PEST CONTROL TO ELIMINATE THE ACTIVITY.
